On-chain deposits involve transferring digital assets from other trading platforms or personal wallets into your MGBX account; on-chain withdrawals involve transferring digital assets from your MGBX account to other trading platforms or personal wallets.
Before making a deposit or withdrawal, be sure to verify the coin type, blockchain network, and wallet address to ensure the information is accurate and correct, avoiding asset losses caused by operational errors.
I. Deposit Steps
- Log in to the MGBX App, tap 「Add Funds」—「On-chain Deposit」 on the homepage, or go to 「Assets」—「Deposit」. Web users can find the deposit entry on the asset page of the official website.
- Select the coin you want to deposit, such as USDT.
- Select the deposit network. This network must be exactly the same as the withdrawal network selected on the sending platform or wallet.
- Check the deposit address, minimum deposit amount, and confirmation requirements, then copy the address or save the deposit QR code.
- If the page displays a Memo, Tag, or other additional information, record it and fill it in as required.
Please obtain the address from the current deposit page each time. If the platform issues a wallet upgrade or address change notice, follow the latest notice and do not directly use old addresses from historical transfer records.
II. Withdrawal Steps
- Log in to the MGBX App, tap to enter 「Assets」—「Withdraw」 on the homepage. Web users can find the withdrawal entry on the asset page of the official website.
- Select the coin you want to withdraw, such as USDT.
- Select the withdrawal network. This network must be exactly the same as the deposit network selected on the receiving platform or wallet.
- Enter or paste the receiving wallet address. If the receiving platform requires a Memo, Tag, or other additional information, be sure to fill it in completely.
- Enter the withdrawal amount and check the minimum withdrawal amount, network fee, and estimated received amount displayed on the page.
- Carefully check the withdrawal coin, network, receiving address, and amount. After confirming everything is correct, tap 「Withdraw」 or 「Confirm」.
- Complete security verification such as email, phone, or Google verification as prompted on the page, and submit the withdrawal request.
III. Viewing Deposit and Withdrawal Records
Both deposit and withdrawal records can be viewed in 「Wallet History」 on the MGBX asset page.
Select the corresponding deposit or withdrawal record to view details such as coin type, transaction time, amount, deposit type, blockchain network, account/address, transaction hash (TxID), and transaction status (subject to the actual display on the page).
Please note that blockchain confirmations and platform processing both take some time. If a deposit or withdrawal has not arrived for a long time, you can check the on-chain transaction status via the transaction hash (TxID), or contact MGBX official customer service for assistance.
