Dear MGBX Users,
Due to temporary system maintenance by our third-party asset custodian service provider, some deposit and withdrawal services on the MGBX platform will be briefly affected. To help you arrange your fund operations reasonably, we hereby announce the relevant details as follows:
I. Maintenance Arrangements
Reason for maintenance: Temporary system maintenance by the third-party asset custodian service provider
Estimated maintenance duration: Approximately 2 hours (October 31, 2026, 07:00–09:00 SGT)
Scope of impact: On-chain deposit and withdrawal services
II. Impact on Deposit and Withdrawal Services
Deposit crediting delays: During maintenance, assets deposited by users may not be credited in a timely manner. Please rest assured that deposit funds that have successfully completed on-chain transfers will be automatically processed and credited after services are restored; no repeat deposit or manual application is required.
Temporary restrictions on withdrawal services: During maintenance, users may be unable to submit withdrawal requests normally. For withdrawal orders that have been successfully submitted but not yet processed, the system will automatically resume review and on-chain processing after services are restored; no resubmission is required.
III. Service Restoration Arrangements
This maintenance is expected to last approximately 2 hours, and the actual restoration time will depend on the maintenance progress of the third-party service provider.
After maintenance is completed, the platform will gradually restore deposit crediting and withdrawal processing services. Affected deposit and withdrawal orders will continue to be processed automatically. Please wait patiently and pay attention to changes in your account assets and order status.
If you have any questions, please contact MGBX official online customer service promptly.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by this maintenance. Thank you for your understanding and support!
