Dear MGBX Users,
To further enhance the security, stability, and asset management capabilities of the platform's wallet system, MGBX will upgrade its wallet infrastructure. To minimize the impact of this upgrade on users' trading experience, please refer to the following arrangements:
I. Upgrade Schedule
- Upgrade Time: October 23, 2026, 15:00–16:00 (SGT)
II. Deposit and Withdrawal Arrangements
- Deposits Will Remain Available: The platform's deposit services will continue to operate normally during the upgrade and will not be affected.
- Withdrawals of Certain Assets Will Be Suspended: During the upgrade, withdrawal services for all assets except USDT will be temporarily suspended. Withdrawal services for the affected assets will gradually resume after the upgrade is completed.
- All Deposit Addresses Will Be Updated: Once the upgrade is complete, the system will generate new on-chain deposit addresses for all users in a single rollout.
- Legacy Deposit Addresses Will Remain Supported: To safeguard users' assets, existing deposit addresses will remain compatible for the long term. If users continue to transfer assets to previously issued deposit addresses, deposits that comply with the platform's deposit rules can still be automatically identified and credited without requiring manual recovery.
III. Important Notes for Users
- Before making a deposit, carefully verify the asset, blockchain network, and deposit address to ensure that all information matches.
- Please prioritize using the latest deposit address displayed on the MGBX deposit page.
- If you need to withdraw assets other than USDT during the upgrade, please wait until the relevant withdrawal services have resumed before proceeding.
- If you experience missing deposits, withdrawal issues, or any other problems, please contact MGBX official customer support promptly.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the platform's official online customer support. Thank you for your support and understanding!
