- Estimated Duration: Approximately 1 hour
- Affected Services: On-chain deposits and withdrawals
Impact on Deposits and Withdrawals
- Deposit Delays: During maintenance, deposited assets may not be credited to your account promptly. Rest assured that deposits successfully completed on-chain will be automatically processed and credited once services are restored. No additional deposit or manual request is required.
- Temporary Withdrawal Restrictions: During maintenance, you may be unable to submit withdrawal requests. For withdrawal orders that have already been successfully submitted but remain pending, the system will automatically resume review and on-chain processing once services are restored. No resubmission is required.
Service Restoration
Maintenance is expected to last approximately 1 hour. The actual restoration time will depend on the third-party service provider's maintenance progress.
Once maintenance is completed, deposit crediting and withdrawal processing services will gradually resume. Affected deposit and withdrawal orders will continue to be processed automatically. Please be patient and monitor your account balances and order statuses.
