Service Suspension During the Upgrade

Risk Reminder

• Please evaluate your current positions according to your own risk tolerance.
• If necessary, consider reducing or closing positions in advance to avoid unnecessary risks caused by market volatility.
• Please arrange your deposits, withdrawals, and trading plans ahead of time and allow sufficient time for related operations.
• Please avoid performing important trading operations shortly before the upgrade begins to prevent possible delays caused by network interruptions.

Position & Order Handling

• During the system upgrade, risk control mechanisms such as Take-Profit (TP), Stop-Loss (SL), Conditional Orders, and Liquidation may experience delayed execution or be processed after the system resumes. The actual handling will be subject to the system recovery status.
• If you do not manually close your positions before the upgrade begins, your positions will remain open. After the system resumes, positions and orders will continue to be processed based on the real-time market price at the time of recovery and in accordance with MGBX trading rules. Please note that the server may be restarted multiple times during the maintenance period.
• For Take-Profit, Stop-Loss, and Conditional Orders, execution will be matched based on the real-time market price after the system resumes. Execution at the preset trigger price is not guaranteed. Due to market volatility, significant slippage may occur. Please ensure sufficient margin is maintained and adjust your leverage appropriately to reduce liquidation risk.
• If significant market fluctuations or extreme market conditions occur during the upgrade period and a position reaches liquidation conditions, the system will calculate and process the position after recovery based on the real-time account equity, the market price at recovery, and the platform's risk control rules.

Commission & Reward Distribution

• During the system upgrade, commission settlements and related reward distributions will be temporarily suspended.
• After the upgrade is completed, commission settlements and reward distributions will gradually resume. They are expected to be credited uniformly on the following day. Actual crediting time may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience.
• This upgrade will not affect your commission eligibility or earned rewards. Eligible commission generated during the upgrade will be calculated and distributed normally after the system resumes. Please refer to the final credited amount.

Compensation Plan

• To minimize the impact of this system upgrade, MGBX will formulate an appropriate compensation plan based on the actual service interruption.
• Compensation eligibility will be determined based on the account snapshot taken at the time this announcement is published. Positions opened and related trading activities initiated after the publication of this announcement will generally not be included in the compensation scope.
• MGBX will comprehensively evaluate the compensation scope based on the actual circumstances and reserves the final right of interpretation regarding the compensation plan.

Asset Security

• Please rest assured that this system upgrade will not affect the security of your account assets. Your account balances, positions, orders, and historical records will remain intact.
• After the upgrade is completed, all platform services will be restored as soon as possible, and a recovery announcement will be published immediately. If the upgrade is completed ahead of schedule, services may resume earlier without prior notice.
