Product Highlights

1.What is Dual-Currency Wealth Management?

 Dual-Currency Wealth Management is a fixed-term yield product where users subscribe using Currency A (the subscription currency) and receive returns in Currency B (the interest currency) upon maturity.

For example: Subscribe with BTC and receive returns in USDT.

2.Supported Currencies

This product supports a wide range of popular assets, including but not limited to USDT, USDC, BTC, and ETH. The available combinations will be displayed on the subscription page in real-time.

3.Minimum Subscription

Start with as little as 1 USDT (or equivalent) — making it accessible and flexible for all users.

4.Investment Periods

Choose from fixed durations of 7, 14, or 30 days, suitable for different investment strategies.

5.Yield Calculation

Returns are calculated based on the locked exchange rate and the subscription period, using the following formula:

Actual interest received = Subscription amount × Locked exchange rate × Annualized interest rate ÷ 365 × Subscription days × (1 - Fee rate).

6. Locked Exchange Rate Mechanism

The exchange rate is fixed at the time of subscription, ensuring transparent and predictable returns regardless of market fluctuations during the term.

Return & Settlement

1. Interest will be automatically settled within T+1 business days after the investment term ends, paid in the interest currency. The principal will be returned in the original subscription currency.
2. Early redemption is not supported, safeguarding both asset security and return stability.
3. In the event of early termination due to platform-side reasons (e.g., liquidity issues), interest will be calculated based on the actual holding period, and the principal will be fully refunded.

Subscription & Maturity Rules

1. Subscription Process

• Select your subscription currency, interest currency, and investment term;
• Ensure your subscription amount meets the minimum requirement and is within the platform limit;
• Upon successful subscription, assets are immediately locked for the duration of the investment and cannot be redeemed early.

2. At Maturity

• Interest is paid in the selected interest currency;
• The principal is returned in the subscription currency.
• Example: Subscribe with 10 ETH → Earn 20.67 USDT interest → Get 10 ETH back at maturity.

3. In case of early termination by the platform (e.g., due to liquidity pool constraints):

• Interest is calculated based on the actual number of days held;
• Full principal is refunded to the user account.

Risk Disclosure

While Dual-Currency Wealth Management offers a projected annualized yield, it is subject to the following risks:

1. Exchange Rate Risk: Currency price fluctuations may affect the actual value of returns;
2. Liquidity Risk: Funds are locked during the investment period;
3. Market Risk: Volatility in the digital asset market could result in lower-than-expected returns;
4. Platform Risk: Unforeseen circumstances (e.g., force majeure, technical failures) may impact service delivery;
5. Pool Utilization Limit: If the investment pool nears capacity, new subscriptions may be temporarily halted.

2. All interest and settlement will be calculated and executed strictly according to the displayed rates and selected investment term;
