To better respond to feedback from users with existing positions and allow sufficient time for all users to manage their positions and funds, MGBX has decided, following a comprehensive assessment, to postpone the originally scheduled system service upgrade.
Original Upgrade Start Time: August 19, 2026, 00:00 (SGT)
Rescheduled Upgrade Start Time: August 20, 2026, 00:00 (SGT)
Please note that the system service upgrade will take place at the rescheduled time.
During the upgrade, relevant platform services will be suspended. For the specific scope of impact and arrangements regarding positions, orders, rebates, rewards, and subsidies during the upgrade, please refer to the previously published “[Important Notice] MGBX System Service Upgrade Starting August 19 at 00:00” announcement.
As the upgrade has been postponed, please reassess your current account positions and fund arrangements in a timely manner. Based on your own risk tolerance, please complete any necessary position reductions, position closures, fund transfers, and other operations in advance, and allow sufficient time for position management.
Note: If you currently have open positions, please make sure to manage your positions in advance according to the rescheduled upgrade time to avoid being unable to complete relevant operations in time due to the schedule change.
This schedule adjustment is intended to address the needs of users with existing positions and provide users with more sufficient time for position management. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
