To ensure a fair and just trading environment, MGBX remains committed to strengthening risk control and cracking down on any behavior that disrupts market order.
Recently, our risk control system has detected and verified that some users have engaged in irregular trading activities, including using multiple related accounts and maliciously exploiting system loopholes for arbitrage. These behaviors seriously violate the [MGBX Service Agreement], [User Agreement], and platform risk control rules.
To protect the rights and interests of compliant users, MGBX adopts a "zero tolerance" policy towards such violations and will take the following actions:
I. Violation Handling Measures
- Termination of Partners and Communities: The platform will terminate communities, partners, and related users involved in illicit arbitrage and simultaneously revoke the partnership privileges of other user UIDs under the affected communities.
- Handling of Risk-Control UIDs Involved in Arbitrage: For further details, please refer to the relevant historical announcements.

II. Official Warning
Megabit will continue to enhance its risk control monitoring and will take strict action against any individuals or groups found engaging in illicit arbitrage through false identities, abnormal transactions, or other prohibited means. Any violations detected will be dealt with in accordance with platform policies.
III. User Guidance
- Protection of Compliant Users' Rights: This enforcement action does not affect users who adhere to platform rules and engage in lawful trading activities.
Megabit remains committed to a technology-driven, fair trading ecosystem and will continue to crack down on any activities that disrupt market order, ensuring the security and rights of all compliant users.
