I. About the Red Pocket Feature
With the MGBX Red Pocket feature, users can create and claim digital asset Red Pockets. Whether it's a fixed-amount Red Pocket, a lucky draw version, or an exclusive one for a specific person, you can share digital assets in a personalized and joyful way.
II. How to Create a Red Pocket

Access the Creation Page
In the app, tap "Send Red Pocket", and choose from Fixed Amount, Lucky Draw, or Exclusive Red Pocket. -
Set the Parameters
- Enter the total amount and the number of Red Pockets to send (1–1000).
- The system will automatically calculate the amount per recipient.

Select the Token
Tap "Select Token" to choose from supported cryptocurrencies. -
Add a Message
Enter your greeting or blessing (up to 50 characters). -
Choose a Cover
Select a Red Pocket cover. -
Create the Red Pocket
Tap "Create Red Pocket". Once created, you can share it with friends or specified recipients.
III. How to Claim a Red Pocket
A. Via Link

Click the Link
- Received through email, SMS, or social media.

Direct to Platform
- The system will detect your device and open either the app or the web page.

Claim the Red Pocket
- If the Red Pocket is still available, enter your email or phone number, then tap "Claim Red Pocket" to complete the process.
B. Via Code

Access the Red Pocket Page
- Tap the Red Pocket feature within the app.

Enter the Code
- Input the provided code to access your Red Pocket.

Claim the Red Pocket
- Tap "Claim Red Pocket" to receive your funds.
C. Via QR Code Scan

Open the Scanner
- Tap "Scan" within the app to activate the QR code scanner.

Scan the QR Code
- Scan the shared Red Pocket QR code to access the claim page.

Claim the Red Pocket
- If available, tap "Claim Red Pocket" to complete the process.

A. Red Pocket Creation Issues

Failed to Create
- Ensure the amount and number of Red Pockets meet platform requirements.
- Check if your account balance is sufficient.
- Verify your internet connection.

- Fixed Amount: Ideal for evenly distributed gifts.
- Lucky Draw: Randomized distribution, great for group fun.
- Exclusive: For sending to a designated recipient.
B. Red Pocket Claiming Issues

Failed to Claim
- Check your network connection.
- Make sure you are logged in, registered, and have completed KYC verification.
- If KYC is not completed, unclaimed Red Pockets will automatically be refunded after expiration.
- Verify the Red Pocket hasn’t already been fully claimed or expired.

- Red Pockets have a set validity period. Be sure to claim them on time.
- You’ll receive a reminder if your Red Pocket is about to expire.
C. Red Pocket Sharing Issues

Failed to Share
- Check your network connection.
- Confirm the sharing channel is selected correctly.
- If the app fails to launch during the Red Pocket sharing process, please first check whether the required app is installed on your device. If not, you can search for and download it from your device’s app store. Once installed, try sharing the Red Pocket again.

Invitation Link Issues
- Make sure the invite link hasn’t expired.
- If the code is invalid, generate a new link.
