Megabit Announcement on Strict Measures Against Illicit Arbitrage Activities

Dear Users,

To uphold a fair and just trading environment, Megabit remains committed to strengthening risk control measures and cracking down on any activities that disrupt market order.

Recently, our risk control system has detected and verified that certain users have exploited multiple linked accounts to maliciously take advantage of vulnerabilities in small-cap trading services. These users engaged in ultra-short-term high-frequency abnormal transactions for illicit arbitrage, in serious violation of the Megabit Service Agreement, User Agreement, and platform risk control policies.

To safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of compliant users, Megabit enforces a zero-tolerance policy towards such violations and has decided to implement the following measures:

1. Disciplinary Actions Against Violations

• Immediate Account Suspension: Termination of all services for the violating accounts and permanent restriction of their trading functions.
• Blacklist Measures: Blocking associated IP addresses and device information to prevent re-registration or login.
• Fund Withdrawal Arrangements: The affected accounts must complete fund withdrawals within five (5) calendar days. Failure to do so will result in permanent asset freezing, with potential escalation to judicial authorities for further action.

2. Official Warning

Megabit will continue to strengthen its risk control monitoring and rigorously track any attempts to profit through false identities, abnormal transactions, or other illicit means. Any such violations will be strictly addressed in accordance with platform policies.

3. User Guidance

• Protection of Compliant Users’ Rights: This enforcement action does not affect users who adhere to the platform’s rules and engage in legitimate trading activities.
• Appeal Process: If you have any concerns regarding your account status, please submit an appeal through the official customer service channel within three (3) days from the date of this announcement. Our team will review and respond promptly.
