Chapter 1: General Provisions
- Purpose and Basis
To create a fair, safe, and reliable trading environment for users, encourage quality merchants, maintain the normal operational order of the Megabit OTC platform (hereinafter referred to as the "platform"), and protect the legal rights and interests of users and merchants, the platform has formulated basic trading norms for merchants and implemented a management system based on the "User Agreement", "Merchant Service Agreement", and other relevant platform rules or regulations. This is to establish clear reward and penalty mechanisms to regulate merchants' trading behaviors and ensure a high-quality service experience for users.
- Scope of Application
This system applies to users who apply through the platform to become ordinary merchants, certified merchants, or those who have voluntarily applied to revoke their merchant qualifications but whose guaranteed assets remain locked in platform accounts (hereinafter collectively referred to as "merchants"). Once a user registers and applies to become a merchant on this platform, they must comply with and be bound by this system until they successfully revoke their merchant qualification. If you disagree with the constraints of this system, please notify the platform to cancel your merchant qualification.
- Effectiveness
Where specific provisions are made in this system, they shall be implemented in accordance with this system. If no provisions are made in this system, they shall be executed in accordance with other relevant platform rules.
Chapter 2: Trading Norms
- Basic Principles of Trading Compliance
Merchants must strictly adhere to the basic principles of integrity and fair trade, such as making timely payments, quickly releasing funds, not maliciously blocking or placing orders, and not arbitrarily canceling orders. A quality merchant should have characteristics such as quick payment, rapid release of funds, low complaint rates, low cancellation rates, a good service attitude, and strong service awareness.
-
Basic Conditions for Compliance
-
Merchants should take responsibility for their orders and confirm the order price and quantity; if leaving or going offline, they must first take down their orders.
-
Merchants should be familiar with the transfer regulations of various banks and complete transfers efficiently within the order validity period.
-
Upon receiving the buyer’s payment, merchants should verify the amount and real-name information promptly and release the funds quickly.
-
If the counterparty fails to release funds in a timely manner, merchants may submit a dispute order. Malicious complaints due to disputes with the counterparty are prohibited.
-
Merchants should have good service awareness and attitude, with timely responses and polite language.
-
Merchants should respect the platform's customer service personnel.
Chapter 3: Quality Merchants
Each month, the top five merchants in rankings will be awarded by the platform in the following month.
- Ranking Rules
The platform will rank merchants based on the following dimensions and publicly display the rankings in the merchant channel:
Dimensions | Transaction Volume | Transaction Quantity | Complaint Rate | Cancellation Rate | Release Time |
Percentage | 30% | 15% | 25% | 15% | 15% |
Statistical Methodology:
- Transaction Volume Score: 100 points for monthly transactions of 20,000 USDT.
- Transaction Quantity Score: 100 points for 100 transactions in a month.
- Complaint Rate Score: 100 points for fewer than 3 complaints in a month; 0 points if exceeded.
- Cancellation Rate Score: 100 points for a cancellation rate of less than 5%; 0 points if exceeded.
- Average Release Time Score: 100 points for an average release time of 5 minutes or less; 0 points if exceeded.
Example:
For Merchant A, the stats are as follows:
- Monthly transaction volume: 10,000 USDT
- Monthly transaction quantity: 80 transactions
- Monthly complaints: 4 times
- Monthly cancellation rate: 4%
- Average release time: 3 minutes
Merchant A’s total score calculation:
1000020000×100×30%+80100×100×15%+0+100×15%+100×15%=15+12+0+15+15=57\frac{10000}{20000} \times 100 \times 30\% + \frac{80}{100} \times 100 \times 15\% + 0 + 100 \times 15\% + 100 \times 15\% = 15 + 12 + 0 + 15 + 15 = 57
2. Reward Rules
Ranking | Reward |
