Withdrawal Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Select Withdrawal Currency
    Go to the "Assets - Withdrawal" page. Currencies with a balance are displayed by default (sorted by balance in descending order). To withdraw a currency with zero balance, use the search bar to find and select it.

  1. Select Withdrawal Network
    Choose the network supported by the selected currency (e.g., Ethereum (ERC20)). The page will display the minimum withdrawal amount and estimated arrival time for that network. If a network shows "Suspended," please switch to another available network.

  1. Fill in Withdrawal Details
    Enter the withdrawal amount (must be ≥ the minimum withdrawal amount for that currency). If the network requires a MEMO/Tag, please carefully verify and enter it (Note: Incorrect information may lead to asset loss).

  1. Address Risk Detection
    After entering the destination address, the system will automatically verify the address format:
    • Format Error: Displays "Please enter a valid address in the correct format."
    • Risk Address: Based on SlowMist API detection results, low-risk addresses can proceed; medium/high-risk addresses require confirmation to proceed; blacklisted addresses will be blocked from withdrawal.
  2. Secondary Confirmation and Verification
    After submission, a "Withdrawal Confirmation" pop-up will appear. Verify the withdrawal amount, fees, network, and other information. After confirmation, complete 2FA verification (e.g., Google Authenticator, SMS verification).

  1. Check Progress
    After submitting the withdrawal request, track its status via "View Details" (Withdrawal Submitted → Under Review → Processing → Success/Failure). You can also view recent deposit/withdrawal records on the Assets Overview page.
