Forgot Login Password

WEB

1. Go to the web version and click the "Login" button at the top right corner, then click [Forgot Password] to enter the password recovery page;

2. You can choose to receive a verification code via your registered email or mobile number to reset your login password;

3. On the password reset page, the new password must include uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers (8–22 characters). After entering the verification code, you can reset the password.

APP

1. Open the Megabit APP, tap the account icon in the top left corner to enter the personal center, then tap the login button;

2. On the login page, tap [Forgot Password?], and you can choose your registered email or phone number to receive a verification code and reset your password.

Notes:

1. Withdrawal will be disabled within 24 hours after resetting the login password;

2. The login password must be 8–22 characters long and include uppercase and lowercase letters and numbers. Otherwise, the password cannot be set.
