Designed to provide dedicated trading funds, this feature enables users to explore futures trading strategies with zero risk while earning real returns. The detailed rules for this feature are announced as follows:
Feature Overview
The Deduction Bonus is a special bonus offered by the platform. Users can receive it by participating in activities in the Rewards Center or other platform campaigns, and apply it to offset relevant fees in futures trading.
Rule Description
Is the Deduction Bonus the same as real funds?
The Deduction Bonus differs from real funds. It is trial funds credited to users’ futures trading accounts and is not real capital. Such funds can only be used to offset futures trading fees, closing losses and funding fees. They cannot be transferred to the spot wallet for spot trading or withdrawn.
How to check the obtained Deduction Bonus?
Users may view their acquired Deduction Bonus via Rewards Center > My Rewards. If there is an active Deduction Bonus in use, its amount can be displayed on the trading page.
Usage Rules of the Futures Trial Bonus
- Users need to manually redeem the Futures Trial Bonus voucher.
- The trial bonus cannot be used as margin for opening positions.
- During futures trading, the trial bonus can be used according to the displayed ratio to offset trading fees and position losses.
- Users may only use one trial bonus at a time. When activating a new trial bonus while another is still in use, the existing trial bonus will be reclaimed before the new one is activated.
- When trading fees are deducted using the trial bonus, the deducted portion will not be eligible for fee rebate commissions.
- The trial bonus supports more deduction scenarios (trading fees, funding fees, closing losses), all at a 50% ratio.
Deduction Bonus Usage Rules
- Users need to manually redeem Deduction Bonus vouchers.
- The Deduction Bonus cannot be used as opening margin.
- In futures trading, the Deduction Bonus can offset trading fees and position losses at the ratio specified on the voucher.
- Users can only use one Deduction Bonus at a time. When redeeming and activating a new Deduction Bonus, any existing redeemed Deduction Bonus will be reclaimed before the new one is redeemed.
- Where trading fees are offset using the Deduction Bonus, users will not receive rebates for the offset portion of fees.
- The Deduction Bonus can be applied to multiple scenarios including trading fees, funding fees and closing losses. The applicable ratio shall prevail as displayed on the page.
- The total amount offset by the Deduction Bonus each day shall not exceed 100 USDT; the offset amount per single transaction shall not exceed 50 USDT.
Limitations of the Deduction Bonus
- If the Deduction Bonus is not used within the specified validity period, it will expire and become invalid.
- Users can only use one Deduction Bonus at a time.
- Before the Deduction Bonus is fully consumed, any withdrawal of funds from the futures account will result in the invalidation of the unused portion of the Deduction Bonus.
Disclaimer for the Deduction Bonus
- If any user is found to maliciously obtain Deduction Bonus through abnormal trading behaviors, MGBX reserves the right to take corresponding measures against the involved accounts to recover losses.
- MGBX reserves the right of final interpretation of the Deduction Bonus.
Risk Control and Notes
The Deduction Bonus is only applicable to futures trading and cannot be directly withdrawn.
